Complete scam. Do not order from here. They will take your money and then all of a sudden say “website is temporarily unavailable” what kind of business takes payment if a store is unavailable. I constantly contacted them via email for days with no response. Even contacted the carrier who had not been sent a package. I only received a response from a “Steve” telling me to “rest assured” product is on its way after I sent an email stating that I was going to file a complaint and wanted a refund. However, the website no longer works anymore and the previous “tracking” doesn’t work either. Haven’t received a response from “Steve” since I told him I wanted a refund.

I would not recommend this company to anyone no matter how much your kids may want it. Here is why:
I placed an order on 11/22/2024 and received an email confirmation on 11/23 stating that the package was on its way. On 12/12 I received an email stating that the store is currently undergoing maintenance and will bee temporarily unavailable. To date I have not received the package and today (12/13) I sent an email to Support@Magnacraft asking for a status.Zellmer
