Ordered a product no merchandise, no shipping data provided. Sara as they call themselves answering email with out real information

Ordered a product 11/16. As of 12/23, no merchandise, and only canned/bot responses from the company, with no shipping data provided.
Facebook bears some responsibility here too, as it was on that platform that I learned about this company, and from Facebook that I was redirected to the company website.
I will be challenging the credit card charge and lodging a complaint with the German consumer protection agency.

DO NOT USE!! This company is a SCAM…WE NEVER RECEIVED OUR SHOES. They only answered emails with a canned BS response. We requested tracking numerous times then finally money back….With the same response as always.
