Musely promises personalized skincare treatments through licensed dermatologists. However, this review will investigate customer concerns and potential red flags to determine if Musely is a trustworthy service.

Musely.com Homepage

Overview of Musely.com

Musely offers a telemedicine platform for skincare treatments, promising convenient access to dermatologists through online consultations and home delivery of prescribed treatments on a subscription basis.

Here’re My Findings on Musely.com

Misleading Product Claims

Discrepancies between advertised treatment durations and actual product quantities, along with forced subscription changes, indicate potential misleading practices.

Poor Customer Service

Lack of phone support, generic email responses, and difficulty obtaining refunds highlight poor customer service and a lack of commitment to resolving customer issues.

Safety Concerns

Reports of skin irritation, including severe reactions, raise concerns about the safety and quality of the products.

Rigid Refund Policy

The eNurse check-in requirement, which can void the 60-day guarantee, appears overly restrictive and may hinder customers from seeking assistance in case of adverse reactions or dissatisfaction.

Misleading Promotions

The removal of promo codes during checkout constitutes a bait-and-switch tactic, eroding customer trust.

Generic Consultations

Concerns about the quality of dermatological consultations, with reports of generic advice, raise doubts about the level of personalized care provided.

Customers’ Reports

Musely.com has disappointed many online buyers with false ads, undelivered items and poor customers service. As a result of the report, the store is rated 2.6 out 5 on third party site.

I was intrigued by an ad for a “prescription eye serum”. Having worked in the Pharma industry, I knew that this could be confirmed on the FDA website. Bottom line: there is no Rx eye serum. Scam.

Sully

Such a weird transaction, no personal interaction, no number to call. After feeling that I did not need this product, I canc within hours. I received a credit for the anti aging cream, not for the Dr visit ..which is totally ridiculous. Any one can be responding via text messages from Musely. I want my full refund and will pursue.

My face has been burning for the past two days after using the anti-aging cream. I started using it Sunday and by Friday afternoon I noticed my face has broken out in a red rash that is uncomfortably burning at the corners of my eyes and forehead. My cheeks have become very red and my skin is sensitive to the touch. I don’t know this would happen other than an allergic reaction. Trying to send it back and avoid future use. Very disappointed after the convincing promise I seemed to have discovered.
