Do not buy ANYTHING from Yocloth. They engage in bait and switch and then refuse to do anything to fix the problem. I ordered what was pictured as a very pretty sweater coat, and what I got was a sweatshirt. Completely different fabric. I contacted them and they claimed that what was shipped “aligned with your original order.” This is a flat lie. They offered me $4 in compensation. I am reporting them to the FBI Internet fraud unit and to the Better Business Bureau in Illiniois, whence the item was dispatched. This is just about the worst “customer service” I have had in years–you are throwing away your money if you purchase from them.

Ordered their cat sweater coat for my wife as a Christmas present way back on November 15th. When I hadn’t received it in three weeks I contacted MyMagicCarpet and was told to be patient, that it had shipped and I should be getting it soon. Then they told me on Dec. 15 that the shipment was lost, but they would be rushing another and I would get it before Christmas. Then on Dec. 19 they said it had arrived at a post office near me. Its now Dec. 27and this afternoon it finally arrived 42 days (6weeks) after order placed. What they sent is not what was shown or described. Is not a sweater jacket but rather a thin button up hoodie sweatshirt. I definately won’t ever be buying from this seller again. Don’t waste your $s.
