MindScape App Review

MindScape App promises mental health tools like guided meditation and personal growth tips, but users have raised concerns.

After signing up, many were quickly asked to pay for a subscription without clear details about the services offered.

The app first collects basic info and then pressures users to subscribe, leading some to question whether its focus is truly on helping or just making money.

Here’re My Findings on Mindscapeapp.io

Unauthorized Charges

Users report being charged even after canceling their subscriptions, and some were billed multiple times in a single day. This suggests serious issues with payment processing and transparency.

Lack of Refunds

A trustworthy service should offer refunds, especially for something as important as mental health. The app’s refusal to issue refunds, even for incorrect charges, only worsens user frustration and mistrust.

Customer Service

Complaints about unhelpful or non-existent customer support further highlight the app’s neglect of user concerns. Mental health platforms should prioritize user care, but MindScape App falls short here.

No Mental Health Support

Many users feel deceived after discovering the app does not provide meaningful mental health services. With no clear list of offerings, it seems like users are pushed to subscribe with little value in return.

Although I cancelled my subscription, I was charged with almost $40!
This is a fake website, only stealing the money of the people! Don’t make any profile and subscription. Ridiculously – no app, no change in the payment methods in the profile, etc.
I just wrote them an e-mail for refund and deletion of my payment info as well!

Daniel

This is a complete scam. I was charged USD 10.99, and I’m thankful I used a prepaid card with a limited balance. They’ve tried to deduct money from my card three times a day, but there’s no money available. I can’t even remember why I signed up for this in the first place.
