Barcele.com Review

Barcele.com is claiming to be an online store offering a women and men’s clothing all at discounted prices.

Red Flags on Barcele Shop

Website Creation

The website’s recent creation January 2024 with a short expiration date raises concerns about the long-term commitment and potential for the website to disappear.

Lack of Transparency

The absence of owner information and a physical address makes it difficult to contact the company and raises concerns about accountability.

Unrealistic Discounts

Barcele discounts are far beyond what legit retailers usually offer on items. Such low price cuts are a common tactic used by scam websites to lure unsuspecting customers.

Customer Support

The lack of a phone number and reliance solely on an email address for customer support can make it difficult to resolve issues and obtain assistance.

Return Policy

The absence of customer reviews on reputable platforms and vague return/refund policies raise concerns about customer satisfaction and potential difficulties in resolving issues.

Social Media Presence

The absence of social media accounts makes it difficult to verify its online presence and engagement with buyers. Barcele.com online retailer is not interested in building trust and credibility.

Ordered two BOSS tops from Barcele. Absolute garbage, clearly fake and not even good ones, the BOSS logo is laughable. They were massive too, nothing like BOSS sizing. Foolish me I know!

I requested a refund and what ensued was hilarious… After about 7 emails requesting return address and instructions, they give an address in China saying I would need to cover postage and customs costs.

I will raise a dispute with my payment provider as the items are clearly fakes.

Just aviod.

Paul Mckinnon

My husband ordered a 2xl padded gilet from this company but when it came it didn’t fit him. We measured it against 2 other 2xl gilets (different makes) that fit him and it was much smaller and shorter in length. He asked for a refund and stated the reason. After several evasive emails he was offered 50% off his next purchase! They are making it almost impossible to return the garment as they say we have to send it back to China at our own expense! Even then, we won’t know when they receive it if we will get a refund. Do not buy from this company as, if you need a refund for any reason, you will not get one! They are untrustworthy so buyer beware!!

Suggestions for Buyers

First thing first, test their responsiveness and reliability before making a purchase. Secondly, place a small order to assess the quality of products and delivery service.

Verdict

To safeguard your finances and personal details, stick to trusted, reputable online stores. If an offer sounds too good to be true, it likely is.
