Scam. Another dropshipping company. They do respond to the first email. But they don’t want you to return it. Then they want to give you a 20% discount. Please don’t order anything from this company. They say they are in the Netherlands, but unfortunately they lie to each other. The website is one big lie

Too bad I have to give at least 1 star. They don’t even deserve it.
Bought fashionable shoes and they looked nice. However, what you buy is brought from China and they have different standards when it comes to fashion. I received simple linen sneakers that did not resemble the ordered item in the slightest.
Then I requested a return and these returns all go to China and you have to pay for the costs yourself. This can amount to up to 30 euros!!
My return got stuck somewhere in China. The track & trace does not continue. But now still no refund of the amount of my shoes by “De Haan mode” (dehaanmode.nl).
My advice: DO NOT BUY THERE!!
It’s a pig in a poke. They do NOT have a Thuiswinkel guarantee and they will never get it this way.
