I bought shoes (fashion star trendy orthopedic sneakers) which looked lovely online. They are TOTAL crap, feel like cardboard! Thin nylon sides, hard soles.
Return process is complex and states must mail to China, photograph parcel and send that to customer service… appears to be set up to rip off the world! I see from other reviews that paying a further $25 for postage would be just a greater loss (as they don’t collect the parcel and don’t refund). Good lesson to me to beware who I buy from!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

Would give a zero if possible. Shonky company operating from China not Melbourne as they make it look. Their products look nothing like those advertised and when you want to return them because it looked like your dog sewed it, it’s the usually $50 postage to China and then you’ll get your refund. DO NOT BUY big rip off.
