Timberland-dealer.com sells Timberland products, including footwear, clothing, and accessories for all ages.

The site promotes enticing discounts, such as “2 items for $59,” to attract customers.

Why Timberland-dealer.com Is a Concern

Short Domain Lifespan: The website was created on November 16, 2024, with a one-year registration, which is common for scam sites that don’t intend to operate long-term.

Suspicious Registrar: Its registrar, Gname.com Pte. Ltd., is associated with other questionable sites.

Pressure Tactics: The site uses flashy deals and “holiday specials” to create urgency, a common scam tactic to rush purchases.

Lack of Product Details and Reviews: The site doesn’t provide thorough product descriptions or customer reviews, raising doubts about authenticity.

Missing Contact Information: It only offers a generic contact link, without a physical address or customer service number, making it hard to resolve issues.

No Social Media Presence: The site lacks customer reviews and active social media accounts, which are typical for trustworthy businesses.

Terrible service. I ordered my son timberland brown men’s boots for Christmas, women’s black heeled boots arrived. Too late in the day to buy another present so that ruined his Christmas !! Sent the boots back straight after Christmas and am still waiting for a refund. Their customer service is appalling, if I do get a reply then it is completely unhelpful!! 2 weeks on and still no refund!! Thanks Timberland, ruined Christmas and still sat out of pocket waiting for the refund to be able to buy my son his Christmas present … 0 star. Do not buy from Timberland.

I got new boots from them that start coming apart in 2 days. When I contacted them about it they said they’re 9 years old and don’t qualify for warranty. So I was robbed. But they don’t have year of manufacturing listed on their product pages. Plenty of other brands to choose from. Never giving timberland another dime.

Bought an expensive item, followed the washing instructions and it shrunk. Timberland customer service laid the fault 100% on me for washing the item. Don’t buy unless you want to waste your money.
