Order trousers in a small. Took ages to arrive and then were one of the largest pairs of trousers I’ve seen. Requested a refund but was offered 15% if I kept them instead. Explained that was no good as do not want a pair of trousers I can’t wear and requested full refund and details of where to return product. No answer received and phone number not reachable. This company is a scam. They will never deliver your order and no customer service responds to any queries via email which is the only way to contact them. I am now forced to go through the bank to try and recover my money. Horrible service. They have a Black Friday deal going on now. Don’t fall for it.
