Overview of BensonAndClark.com

BensonAndClark.com presents itself as an online retailer offering trendy men’s and women’s clothing, including jackets, hoodies, and sweaters at budget-friendly prices.

The site claims to have been established in 2014, promoting quality products and secure payment options.

I Lost Trust with Benson & Clark Store

This company is an absolute disgrace. The clothing was made of terrible material and came in an awful color.

When I requested a refund due to the poor quality, they insisted I pay $40–$60 to return it to China. Then, they offered a mere 15% refund instead of accepting the return—an outrageous solution.

Later, they claimed there was an issue with my order and now refuse to refund me at all. They’ll use any excuse to keep your money. Avoid this scam at all costs!

Red Flags on BensonAndClark.com Website

Short-Term Domain: The website’s domain was created in July 2024, expiring in a year. This is typical of scam sites that don’t plan to stay long.

Unrealistically Low Prices: The products are offered at steep discounts, which often signals a scam. While sales are common, prices that seem too good to be true typically are.

Unverified Customer Reviews: The site shows positive reviews, but there’s no way to verify them, which makes them questionable.

Lack of Contact Information: There’s no physical address or phone number for customer support. The owner’s identity is hidden, which is uncommon for legitimate businesses.

Inactive or Missing Social Media: The brand claims to have been around since 2014, but its social media pages are either missing or inactive, which is unusual for established companies.

Shoppers’ Reports

Ordered size small, was sent XL instead. I asked to return the package. Instead, they asked for my chest measurements and then they said they dont have the correct size. So, instead they said they would refund 30% of my $200 order back. What am I going to do with XL jackets?? Please avoid this company or else you will be scammed like me.

Ashwin

Suggestions for Buyers

First thing first, test their responsiveness and reliability before making a purchase. Secondly, place a small order to assess the quality of products and delivery service.

Verdict

To safeguard your finances and personal details, stick to trusted, reputable online stores. If an offer sounds too good to be true, it likely is.
