Botanique Paris is a trendy online store known for unique skincare products and claims of innovative technology. While it’s drawing interest, mixed reviews have sparked questions about its credibility.
Let’s take a closer look to see if Botanique Paris is truly trustworthy.
What is Botanique Paris?
Botanique Paris offers skincare and wellness products online, including devices like the Under-Eye Red Light Therapy for refreshing the under-eye area. The company claims to use advanced science and high-quality materials.
However, customers often report issues, such as short battery life, device malfunctions, and disappointing results. Consider these concerns before purchasing.
What I Found Out about Botanique Paris
I had a frustrating experience with the RevitalEyes™ Under-Eye Red Light Therapy device from Botanique Paris. The device seemed fragile, the battery didn’t last, and honestly, it didn’t deliver the promised results.
When I tried to return it, the process was disappointing—despite a 30-day return policy, getting a refund was difficult, with delayed responses that felt like they were just trying to run out the clock.
Customer service only added to the frustration. Their replies felt scripted and unhelpful, as if they were more interested in brushing me off than resolving my issues.
Overall, this experience, along with the low ratings I’ve seen online, makes me feel that Botanique Paris cares more about making sales than actually satisfying customers.

Don’t purchase these products!!
Poor quality, products wasn’t working right from the start.
I startet to get in contact about 14 days after I got the products and started to use them.
Mails back and forth has taken some time and even tho the products don’t work it’s now past their 30 days return policy, this also regarding defect products (which obviously can happen later than 30 days, hello what about warranty??) and so now I just have to throw the products away apparently.Pia
I bought RevitalEyes™ Under-Eye Red Light Therapy after seeing good reviews about them (Probably fake!) The battery of this product can only last 1 use, which is a mere 5-10 mins. I do not believe this should be the case with modern technology. When I questioned the CS, they told me this is normal. If I wanted to return the product for a replacement, I needed to ship it via DHL, which is almost as expensive as the product. After a few uses, the product is now dead. Regret of my life for believing this scam. Buy at your own risk!

This product didn’t live up to its claims. Despite consistent use, I haven’t noticed any visible improvement in the appearance of my under-eye area. Additionally, the device started malfunctioning after just a few uses—it frequently stops working or shuts off unexpectedly. Overall, it’s disappointing, given the promises and price point.
