How I Got Scammed
I ordered two pairs of trainers almost three weeks ago, expecting delivery within the promised 8 to 12 days. After the delivery window passed, I reached out to their support team via the provided email, but received no response.
I followed up multiple times over the next several days, but still heard nothing. Finally, I asked for a refund, yet I’m still waiting for a reply. The lack of customer service and communication has been incredibly frustrating.
I only received an email confirming my purchase, and that’s it. I would strongly advise using other services for your purchases.

WARNING ‼️ Please avoid shopping on this site at all cost. I fell into the trap but thankfully used PayPal. Placed my order over a week ago and received fake tracking details. When I click to track it shows it’s with courier – for 10 days! I’ve tried emailing and calling to no avail. I’ve opened a dispute through PayPal and should hopefully get my money back. Looking into how to report them as fraudulent.
UPDATE: I can now confirm this company is not based in the UK as advertised and is registered under a different name with PayPal. I’ve had to return their counterfeit goods to Vietnam which cost me a small fortune. Will definitely be reporting to Trading Standards as they are misleading consumers. Their correct details are below:
