I received a Verizon settlement prepaid card. I activated it. I accidentally asked for physical card online. It charged me $3 without informing me prior … I immediately called to cancel physical card request, waited on hold for 3 days in a row for hours to cancel physical card request and get refunded the $3. I don’t need a physical card, was not informed at all any fee applied prior, and it takes 2 weeks. They kept escalating it and saying they had to “check information” but never refunded or sent anything
never use it. it’s scammer
I register an account, and redeemed $20, then tried to use the card to pay my bill, the first time i use it on rackned it shows need the right address, but it does not need any address when register the account.I called the service No, the specalist ask for address again, while no address type in when register, so funny.
the second time, try on vultr, it shows pending, then cancelled again.

Worthless stupid company can’t get into my account, says I’ve already registered and code used. I don’t know why anyone uses this horrible company or their retarded non working shifty website. Keep my payment from lawsuit class action, obviously your so janky and busted you needed it worse than the people that as it is, are forced to get a stupid unreliable prepaid card in the first place let alone from a company like this. Never again will I EVER be affiliated with such garbage.
