Overview of Simplybyallmeans.com

Simplybyallmeans.com appears as a professional online store selling a variety of products, particularly holiday items. The store claims to operate from London and Chicago.

Red Flags on Simplybyallmeans.com

Misleading Location Claims: Falsely claiming operations in London and Chicago while shipping from countries like China and Slovenia.

Deceptive Marketing: Using American flags in ads to create a false sense of U.S. origin.

Order Fulfillment Issues: Frequent delays, missing order components (like envelopes for Christmas cards), and incorrect shipping information.

Poor Customer Service: Unresponsive customer support, generic replies to complaints, and minimal compensation for issues.

Lack of Transparency: Missing contact information, no customer reviews, and unclear shipping details.

Potential for Fraud: Difficulty in obtaining refunds and the company’s attempts to avoid responsibility for issues raise concerns about potential fraudulent activity.

Customers’ Reports

Simplybyallmeans.com has disappointed many online buyers with false ads, undelivered items and poor customers service. As a result of the report, the store is rated 1.3 out 5 on third party site.

Similar to all other posts, this company is fraudulent. Christmas cards were ordered on 11/21/24 and as of 12/19/24 have yet to receive. Every week or so, I receive a “parcel status” for my order, which is simply an update as to where my order was most recently. I haven’t even received the product to be able to review it appropriately, but have little hope based on other reviews. Chalk this up to a stupid tax.

Ordered cards and an ornament on November 4th, said they were shipping for GA, so there should be no issues. Wrong, my order was shipped from Portugal? Cards showed up yesterday 12/20, nothing like last minute Christmas cards. If you choose to order from this business, Caveat emptor.

Stay away. Shady beyond shady. Ordered cards, received a tracking number, origination point SPAIN. Only to wait TWO MONTHS to be told I was given the wrong tracking information. Now, new number originates in China & is the most suspicious thing I’ve ever seen. No offer of refund (not even partial) no future credit offered, etc…. Run away
