I had the same experience as the other reviewer. I receive legitimate emails and videos from 32 Degrees, and great company. My feed showed and ad for 32 degrees sale, and clothing from that site. Once I clicked to the site, the only difference was that they asked for information that 32degrees already had. I figured that maybe they were a separate site that did the offprice merchandise. But after getting notice that my order shipped, I googled saw that softwhimsy is listed as a scam. I had my CC cancelled and no scam charges were found, but did not want my info out there. I’ll update if an order comes.

It’s a SCAM!! Somehow they were able to intercept my (legitimate, I thought) order from 32Degrees. The website had the exact same products and looked the same to me. I requested to cancel the order when I realized it’s a scam. They sent an email and asked why. The next day I received a fake tracking number saying the order had shipped. Of course, that tracking # is “not found”.
