I really didn’t want to give them even one star but have no option. Bought a Stop Mouse Pro as believed their claim to it’s success and being a British company. Both of which are totally incorrect. Customer service appeared helpful initially but after they asked me send the faulty one back – to France- I have heard absolutely nothing, no replacement or no refund and now no communication. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY _ A COMPLETE SCAM
