The clothes that arrive are cheap attempted replicas of the ones pictured on the website. Completely dishonest and unethical business. Refused to refund the order; impossible to return. Their customer service didn’t even reply to my email until I had filed a chargeback with my bank, and even then it was an insulting offer to pay out of pocket for the return. Don’t buy from this company. It’s been 3 months and I’m still waiting for my money back.

I have emailed many times over nearly a month and still have heard nothing. My 30 days return has nearly expired this is disgusting! If this isn’t sorted in the next couple days i will be contacting trading standards it’s appalling. Looking at these reviews this company should be shut down.

Awful! The quality of the dress I ordered was so poor, it was nothing like it was advertised online. Furthermore their ‘easy returns’ policy is completely false. I had to email them over 3 times to request a return address. Each time they took 3 working days to reply and would only off 20% refund. I said I wanted a full refund and they stated they didn’t cover return shipping costs so I ended up having to pay £20 just to send the dress back!! And by the looks of the other reviews I won’t even get my refund.
