Thewhisperingpages.com Customers’ Report

In fact, the store is rated 2.1 out of 5 on third party site.
I am still waiting for my embosser- and any kind of communication from Whispering Pages. I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my husband and it looks like I’ve been scammed. They quickly charged my credit card but won’t respond to any of my inquiries as to when it will arrive since it’s long overdue. I cannot recommend this company to anyone. Don’t let them steal your money like they did me.

I bought two embossers in October, one for me one for a gift. The one for me has a manufacturing flaw, I haven’t opened the other one although I probably should before I actually gift it. I’ve been emailing with customer service since the 23rd of October. I keep chasing them, they respond very politely and keep asking me for pictures, which I send immediately, and to be patient. Well I have been, for two whole months, and now I think I’m getting scammed. No resolution to the issue I raised.

Ordered my embosser over a month ago and still not arrived. Tracking showed nothing to start, last update on was 25th Nov saying in Great Britain but that was 2 weeks ago and customer service keeps saying tracking is updated every 24-48 hours but nothing for 2 weeks. And still without Christmas present for friend I ordered in October!!!!
